How long does it take?

Most stories are ready within 5–10 minutes after you submit your photo. You'll be notified when it's ready.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting works best. Avoid photos where the face is partially covered, in shadow, or at a strong angle.

Can I have multiple characters?

Yes! Many of our stories support 2 or more characters. You can upload photos for each character separately when ordering.

What age are the stories for?

We have stories designed for ages 3–5, 6–8, and 9–12. Each story is labeled with the recommended age range.

Can I read on my phone?

Absolutely! The reader works beautifully on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop.
